Eligibility criteria

• Qualify as a health and social care-related subject
• Be a nurse (or equivalent, such as a paramedic) or healthcare assistant
• Have a qualification that demonstrates a proficient level of spoken and written English (UKVI IELTS)/ UKNARIC
• Have at least 6 months of hospital/care home experience.

Job Duties:

• Providing care and support to vulnerable adults
• Maintaining resident's privacy and dignity
• Observing and monitoring resident's health and wellbeing
• To promote independence where possible and encourage self-support
• To assist with meal times
• To assist in daily activities
